Explained: Certifi's User Compliance States

There are also four user states within Certifi's Certificates management page to indicate a Worker user's eligibility for site work:

• Compliant
  • Indicates that all of the Worker user's Mandatory certificates have been uploaded and Approved.
  • A Worker user will still be flagged as Compliant if their non-Mandatory certificates expire.

• Action Required
  • At least one of the Worker user's Mandatory certificates has expired.

  • 

• Expiring
  • At least one of the Worker user's Mandatory certificates will expire in the next 6 months.

  • 

• Pending
  • A renewal request email has been sent to the Worker for a certificate but has not yet been uploaded by the Worker.
